Washing Tanks
The washing process consists of multiple stages to ensure a clean, activated, and corrosion-protected surface for powder coating:
Stage 1 Washing Tank – initial cleaning of metal sheets.
Stage 1 Degreasing Tank – removes oil and surface contaminants.
Stage 2 Degreasing Tank – ensures complete elimination of residues.
Rinsing Tank – washes off chemicals and prepares the surface for further treatment.
Chromating Tank – for galvanized and stainless steel panels, enhancing corrosion resistance.
Phosphating Tank (Liquid) – provides a uniform phosphate layer without residue deposition.
