Quality Control (QC) Unit

The QC Unit oversees all stages of production, from the incoming materials (BOM) to the final delivery (FAT), ensuring that each panel complies with international standards such as IEC 61439 and specific project requirements. By conducting incoming inspections, in-process checks, functional and safety tests, and document verification, the QC team identifies and corrects any deficiencies, playing a crucial role in continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Verify compliance with approved drawings and assembly standards (IEC 61439-1/-2)
✔ Review and approve fabrication drawings
✔ Incoming inspection of BOM and components
✔ In-process inspection during assembly
✔ Final inspection (FAT) and approval for delivery
✔ Prepare final QC reports and issue delivery authorization
✔ Review and control technical documents, as-built drawings, and QC forms

 

 

Testing and Equipment Capabilities

The QC unit and production line are equipped with advanced testing devices to ensure the highest quality, safety, and reliability of low- and medium-voltage panels:
✔ LV Current Injection Device – Single-phase, up to 2500 A
✔ High-Pot Testing Device – Up to 100 kV
✔ Megger Testing Device – Up to 1 kV
✔ Preset Torque Wrench – 70–350 Nm
✔ Preset Torque Wrench – 19–110 Nm
✔ Coating Thickness Gauge – Ensures proper powder coating adherence
✔ SIVACON Drawer Testing Station – Functional testing of control circuits
